SoC - Chiplet Design Lead
Tenstorrent is at the forefront of AI technology, and is looking for a SoC Chiplet Design Lead to lead the design and development of complex SoC architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of SoC chiplet designs
- Work with architecture, systems, and packaging teams on trade-offs
- Oversee RTL design, DFT architecture, SoC verification
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams for integration
- Conduct design reviews and provide guidance
- Manage external vendors and IP providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Mentor junior engineers
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
