We are growing our team and looking for contributors of all seniorities.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Program Manager (within the Product Group) to join our team, focused on managing Compute IP products with background in Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem IPs, or GPU IPs. As a Product Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing the strategy and development of our IP products across various architectures. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Technical Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and Sales, to ensure the delivery of world-class Accelerated Compute IP solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, Toronto, ON.Responsibilities• Execute a comprehensive product strategy for Accelerated Compute IP products.• Engage closely with engineering, product management, and third party partners to ensure successful product development (from initial concept to EOL).• Align individual product milestones, deliverables and customer engagement plans based on overarching product strategy• Contribute to defining the product roadmap and long term strategy for the IP business unit to achieve company goals and maximize ROI.• Track and report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders on regular cadence.• Identify dependencies, risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.• Develop procedure and process for the management and execution of multiple programs.Experience & Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.• Five or more years of experience in program management roles, specifically with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystem or GPU IPs and relevant AI technologies used in Inference and Training applications.• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, Compute and Accelerator IP market dynamics, and related technologies.• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing complex IP products throughout their lifecycle.• Extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Confluence, etc.Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets.
