The intern will have the opportunity to work on various campus recruiting projects and gain valuable experience in human resources functions within the semiconductor industry.This is a part-time internship; no more than 20 hours per week. Hybrid flexibility, but will be required to come on-site to our headquarters in North Reading, MA once per week.• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards like Handshake, and social media.• Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screens.• Develop marketing materials and communication strategies for our early career talent program, including social media posts, email campaigns, and intern profiles.• Manage behind-the-scenes logistics and planning for campus recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, etc.). Attend local on-campus events when available.• Plan and execute social and networking events for current interns.• Collaborate with campus partners and student organizations to promote our internship opportunities.• Support the curation of relevant DEI internal updates, events, news, and announcements, and develop them into Viva Engage and SharePoint media posts.• Support the DEI Committee with ad-hoc needs such as gathering information, providing updates, and analyzing DEI engagement through internal channels.• Work with the DEI leaders to prepare and implement cultural weeks and months, including by supporting promotional activities leading up to the events and assisting in managing scheduling, coordination, etc.• Assist in contacting the DEI Committee and other partners across the organization to curate diversely rich content for the newsletter and inclusive images that best represent the topics important to ongoing activities.• Assist with other projects as needed.All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
