TerrAscend’s Internship Program for current college students runs for ~12 weeks, and offers hands-on experience working with actual business initiatives and projects. In addition to the day-to-day work, Interns will participate in a learning and networking program, spend time working with a mentor, and present a Capstone project to our business leaders. We are now accepting applications for students to begin a Summer internship from late May through early August 2024!

Our next Human Resources Intern will support the day-to-day and ongoing initiatives for TerrAscend’s Enterprise Internship program. The HR Intern will act as a community manager for our Intern class, while also coordinating group sessions, internal guest speakers, and team-building activities. The HR Intern will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and will provide support to the entire Human Resources team, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Human Resources Operations, and Organizational Development.


Where you'll be planted:

This is a hybrid position that requires ~2-3 days on-site in our King of Prussia, PA office. The remaining days of the week are work from home.



Requirements:
  • Must be attending an accredited college or university and working towards an associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related business or non-business degree.
  • Must be able and willing to be on-site in our King of Prussia, PA location at least 2 days/week.


Ideal Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related HR field a major plus
  • Prior experience working in HRIS and/or ATS a huge plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to ‘own’ your work and project deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
