Join us as our new Eastern North Dakota Territory Sales Manager
In this role you will be responsible for implementing BioAg commercial strategy in the Eastern North Dakota territory. You will be accountable for demand planning and delivery of revenue targets from BioAg products in the territory within defined budget/expense parameters.

In BioAg we develop and support science-backed microbial and microbial derived products to improve and protect crop production. Working cooperatively as part of the larger BioAg organization on numerous cross-functional teams this position will help bring a new level of reliable and sustainable microbial products to support modern agricultural production.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Serving as a key interface with Eastern North Dakota Region Distribution Partners, earning their trust and respect while contributing valuable insight and recommendations to the Commercial Operations group as well as to cross-functional decision makers.

Potentially relevant experience:
  • A Bachelor of Science in relevant field with ten or more years crop protection sales experience, preferably with experience in seed treatment for wheat, corn, and pulse crops.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a high level of trust, respect and influence with customers
  • Excellent understanding of the market (i.e., products / technology in market, new product needs, grower needs at segment level, channel needs, optimal pricing and programs)
  • Technical knowledge of product portfolio and marketing programs
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively interface cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel and work remotely

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $125,000
