What To ExpectWe are seeking a full-time Account Manager focusedon supporting and growing strategic partnerships for our Residential Channelsales team. As a sales leader, you’ll accelerate the sales growth of Powerwall with our existing B2B national key accounts and distributionpartners focused on growing energy storage in the residential market space. In addition, you’ll onboard new national distributionpartners, strategize and implement national training initiatives, and cultivateand grow these partnerships on both the local, regional level as well as thenational, holistic level. This is anexciting career opportunity in a fast-paced environment that requires wearing several hats. Past experience managing B2B strategic relationships is amust and previous experience with electrical/solar/energy storage distributors is highly encouraged. Besides a rock-solid work ethic and a strong team-oriented personality, leaders on our team display excellent communication skills (internal and external) creativity, passion, and a desire to break new ground in a constantly shifting landscape. The sales superstar that we’re looking for will work remotely but should ideally live close to a major airport. Travel is an important element of the role and will be required to grow and evolve the business relationships of our clients.What You'll Do• Supporta number of national strategic accounts and distribution partners that providefinancial solutions and logistical efficiencies to our B2B clients along withthe sale of our products• Manageday to day existing partnership relationships and expectations while alsosupporting the onboarding of new national distributors in markets that requireadditional sales & service coverage• Workwith multiple internal teams such as Marketing, Products, Service, Operations,Supply Chain, Training, Service, etc. to create, launch, and support newinitiatives that drive additional volume of products• Bein our key regional distribution locations supporting Mobile Training Vaninitiatives while also gathering critical feedback from the field to ensureeach branch is aggressively growing their Powerwall business• Workcross-functionally to bring new offers, new ideas, and new concepts to market• Workwith management to set ambitious goals and targets – and meet them• Providereliable forecasts and tracking for executive teamsWhat You'll Bring• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience• 5+years relevant work experience in tech sales; solar and storage experience aplus• Demonstratedtrack record of building pipeline and winning business• Entrepreneurialmindset – proven ability to scale new products and services• Pastexperience building networks and relationships at all levels of an organization(internal & external)• Excellentorganization, communication, and documentation skills• Scrappy– proven capacity to solve complex problems with minimal resourcesBenefitsCompensation and BenefitsAlong with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:• Aetna PPO and HSA plans > 2 medical plan options with $0 payroll deduction• Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits• Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution• Company Paid (Health Savings Account) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High Deductible Aetna medical plan with HSA• Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)• LGBTQ+ care concierge services• 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits• Company paid Basic Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance• Employee Assistance Program• Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions), and Paid Holidays• Back-up childcare and parenting support resources• Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance• Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs• Tesla Babies program• Commuter benefits• Employee discounts and perks programExpected Compensation$64,000 - $258,000/annual salary, depending on level + cash and stock awards + benefitsPay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
