This position is responsible for listening and taking notes on all pertinent information dictated by students in a mathematics testing situation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Ability to exhibit good interpersonal skills and work well with others
Ability to maintain records accurately and be able to meet deadlines consistently
Demonstrates good organizational skills
Intermediate skills with MS Office products and computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to be trained in the conversion of text using technology
Ability to be professional and maintain confidentiality
Ability to take notes from student dictation in a concise, organized and legible manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Exposure to higher level math
