This role will work directly with our Creative Director and video editors. You will work within our internal Creative team to conceptualize motion graphics video projects and bring them to life. This role will support our creative, marketing, and performance teams and produce content that will live across our digital channels. The Sr. Motion Graphics designer will design/animate a wide variety disciplines from 2D, 3D elements needed for On Air, and digital promotions and any custom requested graphics, brand voice and adhere to the rules outlined in the style guide.Responsibilities• Work with the Marketing and other teams to ideate unique, shareable, and stand-out video assets for campaigns, partnerships, advertising, and social channels.• Produce motion graphics for a variety of uses, from titles to animated transitions to 3D modeling, and from short-form social posts to long-form product demos.• Come up with concepts, create storyboards, and design using different styles and approaches depending on the media format.• Collaborate with Writers, Designers, and User Acquisition Managers to bring stories and concepts to life.• Develop thoughtful creative work that delivers on the overall strategy.• Integrate music, voice over, and sound effects to enhance video content.• Maintain a consistent style and assure all motion graphic assets are in line with the New Relic Brand. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year.
