We are searching for a Lead Systems Analyst -- someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will be the operational lead of a support team, coordinate activities with team members, escalate issues to manager, ensure proper documentation of processes, follow up on support incidents, and ensure the timely delivery of change requests and project activities for team. This role requires technical expertise in the area that they are leading.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Operational lead for Support team.
• First point of escalation for team members regarding issues and questions regarding the team's functional area.
• Provides input to managers on team member performance for performance management.
• Delivers feedback to team members on technical and application support areas.
• Reviews staffing and provides input to managers on staff coverage.
• Schedules and leads regular team meetings.
• Reviews support incidents, ensures assignment to team members, and timely resolution to meet SLAs.
• Coordinates change order and project activity.
• Document support processes and educate Support staff, Service Desk, and customers.
• Updates application and end user workflows.
• Review and enhance operational and application processes.
Skills & Requirements
• Required H.S. Diploma or GED
• Required 10 years major system design and implementation experience
• Up to three (3) years of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for up to three (3) years of information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
