This position is responsible for overseeing the relocation, renewals/ non-renewals, parking lot additions as well as any disposition of properties for all Texas Roadhouse Brands. This position will also be responsible for handling landlord and developer issues for all locations.
Responsibilities
- Work with Operations, Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Reps to Investigate potential relocation opportunities.
- Negotiate Letter of Intents with landlords and Developers.
- Provide financial investment analysis and pro-forma modeling for sites utilizing comparable and historical data.
- Prepare Site Layout sketches.
- Present relocation opportunities to Real Estate Committee
- Manage process of exercising upcoming renewal options
- Manage and maintain a database of leased/ owned locations.
- Source lease, sales information, and site attributes to determine if a location should be renewed.
- Communicate with Real Estate, Regional Partners, Market Partners, and other departments regarding committee recommendations.
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlords as needed.
- Handle disposition of any properties no longer operating.
- Manage locations that would be Sale Lease Back deals.

- Progressive experience demonstrating increased responsibility and performance in a broad array of development experience including, permitting, design, construction, finance, and leasing.
- An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, real estate, and/or economics.
- MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance a plus.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including detailed discounted cash flow analysis utilizing Excel or similar programs, and demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex financial models and structures and evaluation of corresponding risks.
- Highly effective communication, presentation and listening skills
- Robust interpersonal skills and political acumen.
- Strong organizational skills
- Leadership and the ability to mentor and extract the highest potential from supporting personnel and outside vendors and consultants.
- Sophisticated research skills required to collect, analyze and report market information,
- Computer Skills: Highly proficient with Excel and Word; Experienced with mapping programs and Smartsheets
