Academic Advisor - Graduate Recruiter CoordinatorLubbock31546BREDUC Advising and CertificationPosition DescriptionPerforms academic advising, educational, professional, or other basic academic advising or training at the individual or group level as appropriate. Work is performed under supervision with performance based on individual advising effectiveness and overall program results obtained.Major/Essential Functions• Coordinate with program coordinators or graduate programs in the College of Education.• Help programs develop enrollment management and recruitment plans.• Organize recruitment efforts:, in-person and digital fairs, program open houses, etc.• Develop and distribute recruiting materials for targeted career fairs and on social media.• Knowledge of graduate programs including any state or national certifications offered, program handbook location, and general program expectations and goals.• Work with marketing department to prepare presentation materials for ongoing recruitment events, including physical and automated digital marketing.• Develop and understanding of all graduate programs, including program requirements, target audience, and any state or national certifications offered.• Utilize CRM software to support and monitor recruitment efforts.
