If you are a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product design improvement and enhancement.Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.Utilize CAD software to design and develop new product features and improvements.Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate design concepts.Evaluate and analyze test results to make data-driven design decisions.Continuously monitor and review existing product designs for potential improvements.Identify and troubleshoot any design issues or challenges.Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of design changes.Maintain accurate documentation and records of design changes and improvements.Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into product designs.Participate in design reviews and provide valuable insights and suggestions for improvement.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on design progress and project timelines.Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the design and testing process.Continuously strive for excellence in product design and contribute to Textron's reputation as an innovative leader in the aerospace and defense industries.Textron is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
