Knowledge Services Specialist

The Brattle Group is seeking a Knowledge Services Specialist to join our Boston office. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, 1-4 years of experience in an information management setting, and familiarity with various data sources.

Skills

Strong research and reference skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of data sources such as Bloomberg, LexisNexis
Experience with content management systems like SharePoint

Responsibilities

Manage Brattle’s Project Information Database (Sage)
Collaborate with CRM manager for data quality
Catalog and process new materials in the library
Assist in acquiring required content for the library

Education

Bachelor’s Degree required
Advanced degree preferred (MLIS, MBA, JD)
