Job Description
FamilySearch International, the largest genealogy organization in the world, is looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to help with audience management, marketing asset creation, and technical integrations. This position will report to the Marketing Operations Manager. The Marketing Operations Intern will work with a variety of systems including Braze, Snowflake, and Microsoft... Office Suite.
Position Specifics Include
• This position will be hybrid between Salt Lake City, UT or Lehi, UT.
• This will be an internship limited to 1 year in duration.
• Qualified candidates will be expected to work no more than 40-hours a week primarily during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Flexibility can be coordinated to accommodate for school schedules.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may Include:
• Help with execution of campaigns from campaign managers and other stakeholders.
• Creation of marketing assets including audience segmentation, and email builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with configuration and integration including technical issues regarding assets such as emails and landing pages.
• Support QA team with issue resolution of assets.
• Communicating updates on projects and issues with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications Include:
• Working towards or recently finished a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, and/or R.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Experience working alongside a marketing team and understand the end-to-end of building an integrated marketing campaign.
• Paid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
