This position is anticipated to need around 10 hours per week.Take your nursing skills to the next level by helping to improve lives with Accredo, the specialty pharmacy division of Evernorth Health Services. We are looking for dedicated registered nurses like you to administer intravenous medications to patients in their homes.As a Field Infusion Registered Nurse at Accredo, you'll travel to patients' homes to provide critical infusion medications. Work with pharmacists and therapeutic resource centers to ensure that patients’ needs are met and to help them achieve their best health.• Administer Medications: Take full responsibility for administering IV infusion medications in patients’ homes.• Provide follow-up care and manage responses to ensure their well-being.• Stay Connected: Be the main point of contact for updates on patient status.
