This is a temporary role through Magnit Global with one of the world's leading health insurance companies. Position: Scrum Master Lead Analyst Duties: Serves as the "servant leader" of the Scrum team by removing impediments and helping the team remain successful and on schedule. Must have a sufficient understanding of technology to enable them to lead team members and help them overcome their development roadblocks; they must also understand business strategy and objectives and be able to ensure that development work is prioritized by business value and results align with objectives.The incumbent provides advanced professional input to complex assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring "expert" level technical support from others.Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures and monitor trends. Skills Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban Proven facilitation skills and the ability to ask thought-provoking questions that help a team pinpoint their challenges and solutions.Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and bridging the gap between each. Well-versed in project management software (e.g., Jira) Location and Schedule Notes Remote (Anywhere in US) Core hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM will work on call hours as well Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, and expectation): The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $52.76/hour-$70.34/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).
