Deliver high-quality customer service to internal customers in the Police Department.
Support and maintain third-party applications used across the department.
Develop application interfaces and custom add-ons to enhance functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with applications and interfaces.
Document processes for in-house tools and applications.
Manage multiple assignments with flexibility and attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
