The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Civil Rights Investigator to assist in the operations of the Human Relations Commission. The ideal candidate will investigate and process complaints of discrimination while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Investigate allegations of discrimination related to housing.
Prepare and submit findings and recommendations.
Conduct settlement negotiations.
Prepare final investigative reports.
Conduct on-site investigations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration, Human Relations, Sociology, Pre-Law or a related field.
