Located at the Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex, this role involves supporting over 1,000 active fire personnel, ensuring that all payroll operations run smoothly and efficiently. With a pay range of $25.37/hr. - $32.98/hr. and an annual salary between $54,879 and $71,343, we offer great compensation and 11 paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision benefits. The ideal candidate will have a background in business, finance, or accounting, along with experience in payroll operations and supervisory roles. You will supervise a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with our payroll policies and procedures while resolving any complex payroll issues that arise. Your leadership will help facilitate process improvements, develop staff training, and utilize advanced payroll systems including KRONOS/UKG.
