Recreation Assistant - job 1 of 2

The City of Fort Worth is seeking Recreation Assistants to promote a positive environment for children in the After School Program at the Park & Recreation Department.

Skills

Experience working with children.
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and participate with the children during the After School Program.
Promote, coordinate, and develop structured lesson plans and activities.
Assist with snack distribution, serving, and clean-up.
Assist with field trips and community programs.
Submit attendance records and other reports as requested.

Education

Must be age 16 or older.
