Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:As a Connected Commerce Manager you will have the mission to help Clorox build stronger consumer experience capabilities that further accelerate our growth strategies through connected commerce.This role is responsible for building Retail Media and Commerce capabilities that ensure Clorox maintains a strategic advantage, improving the impact of our RM plans and enhancing our overall integrated commerce experiences for our consumers.This role has the chance to work across partners in BUs, Field Sales Retail Teams, Consumer Experience Transformation and agencies to deliver these capabilities.In this role, you will:• Identify and evaluate new Retail Media networks, capabilities, and methodologies at select Leader Retail Accounts.• Lead design and implementation of capability frameworks that support our stance on RM.• Continuously supervise and assess the efficiency of existing CLX capabilities (eg: Measurement, Data Strategy, Clean Rooms). Lead initiatives to improve, scale, or optimize capabilities based on performance data and feedback.• Engaging with BU´s, LERs, Center Marketing partners to capture requirements for capability development.• Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes of capability projects as needed and advocate for importance of RM capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement.• Partner with select LERs to review their plans and provide mentorship on optimizations based on data analyses and industry standard methodologies. Assist with Flywheel Agency management including quarterly evaluations, SOW development• Support Full Funnel Media integration projects in collaboration with Business Units.What we look for:Experience:• 10 years of proven experience on Retail Media across multiple networks or aggregators.• Familiarity with KPIs across the full funnel.• Ability to action on data trends (including Retail and Media data)• Ability to persuade CMO, CxT VP and CxT Director leadership team• Desire to broaden marketing and sales skillsSkills• Strong thought leadership and project management skills• Fast learner who is comfortable with jumping into uncharted situations• Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo• Proficient track record of teamwork across a variety of departments.Education• BSc on Marketing, Communications and Advertising or similar experience• Master´s Degree is a plusWorkplace type:Seeking candidates for a hybrid work opportunity, combining the best of both worlds with 3 days in the office. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100All ranges are subject to change in the future.
