• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred. 
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a healthcare setting. 
• Minimum of (2) years of Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate a computer and perform basic Windows functions for entering, updating, and maintaining individual’s Information System data. 
• Must have and maintain a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage, and have access to an automobile.
