As a B2B Business Development Manager, you will work directly with the founders of the company to build our sales pipeline by connecting with warm leads, building relationships, showcasing our successes in hiring top remote talent for European and US tech startups. You’ll be leveraging our leads list. You will build connections with our extended network—including those of our founders—and offer our services. Through these efforts, you’ll help tech companies discover the value of our Talent-as-a-Service model.
This is a rare opportunity to be our first representative in the German market, where you’ll help lay the foundation for our client base and influence the direction of our expansion. You’ll not only introduce tech companies to our innovative Talent-as-a-Service model but also have a direct hand in bridging the opportunity gap, impacting both the business landscape and the lives of talented professionals around the world. Responsibilities:
1. Develop leads and build relationships with key decision-makers, primarily CEOs, CMOs, and other top executives. When needed, connect with HR and marketing teams to strengthen these relationships.
2. Actively participate in networking opportunities, including conferences, social events, and up to five meetups weekly, to represent the brand.
3. Develop a strategic sales approach, addressing client needs by presenting our value proposition: connecting them with exceptional global marketing talent that aligns with their brand, at a fraction of local hiring costs.
4. Collaborate closely with the growth team and recruitment/talent management to ensure a seamless client experience. Maintain proactive communication with clients, anticipate their needs, and connect them seamlessly with Talent Managers to deliver the best client experience.
Requirements:
Charming and outgoing, enjoys social events, having a natural ability to connect in networking settings.
Proven experience in software sales, ideally in HR or marketing solutions.
Entrepreneurial Mindset. Actively seeking and seizing opportunities to offer our services and build lasting client relationships
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and start by January or February.
Open to candidates from across Europe, especially Italy, France, and neighboring countries.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus component
