The role:
You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specialising in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. With over $30 million in funding from leading venture capital firms, the team is passionate, driven, and committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers and leading the blockchain revolution.
About the role:
As a Communications and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s global communication and event efforts. You will manage their presence across digital platforms, media outlets, and at key industry events, ensuring all communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with their brand message. In this position, you will work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager, assisting in the production, coordination, and distribution of communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the implementation of communication strategies across digital and traditional media channels.
Assist in the creation and distribution of external communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, and social media content.
Manage the social media calendar, ensuring timely and accurate postings in line with our communication goals.
Assist in the planning and execution of company and industry events, such as exhibitions, conferences, roundtables, webinars, and other engagements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of all required materials.
Ensure all external-facing content is consistent with the brand and strategic messaging.
Assist in the execution of brand and communication initiatives as needed.
Organise and maintain communication assets and documentation in the company’s cloud storage for easy access and long-term use.
Requirements:
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Previous experience in event coordination and design oversight is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot will be a valuable asset.
Multilingual skills (French, Dutch, Arabic, or other) would be an asset.
