This role is with an exciting startup revolutionizing the food and beverage industry. They create healthy alternatives to your favorite childhood snacks and drinks, combining indulgence with nutrition. With a fast-growing D2C presence in Germany, this company is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to scale their paid social channels and make a lasting impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok, managing six- to seven-figure budgets to maximize ROI.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, extract meaningful insights, and create reports using tools like Google Analytics to guide data-driven decisions.
Landing Page Development & A/B Testing: Design compelling advertising content and relevant landing pages. Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and enhance the customer journey.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about trends in the food & beverage sector and the German D2C market to adjust campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Multiplatform Strategy: Research and implement additional advertising platforms, such as native ads and Pinterest, to expand reach and diversify strategies.
Project & Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and quickly adapt to new platform features and best practices.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in managing and optimizing campaigns with large budgets on Meta and TikTok.
Proficiency in data analysis, attribution models, and using analytics tools for campaign optimization.
Fluent in English, with strong skills in creating compelling advertising content (German proficiency would be a plus but is not required).
Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization on platforms like native ads, Pinterest, or YouTube Ads.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the food & beverage industry, the German D2C market, and understanding of SEO, SEA, and paid social interactions.
