This role is with a highly respected property valuation expert based in Germany, celebrated for its commitment to precision and integrity. Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Support: Assist in the successful establishment of necessary organizational structures and processes, including CRM, meeting structures, and reporting KPIs, while creating relevant sales materials.

2. Sales Account Management: Generate new sales accounts and take over existing accounts with clear, realistic, and transparent sales goals.

3 Lead Research and Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets within the property valuation industry.

4. Outbound Campaigns: Develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns using various channels such as email, phone, and social media to reach potential clients.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.

6. Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.

7. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s services as the ideal solution.

8. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics, making adjustments to strategies as needed to improve results.

9. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and to align lead generation strategies with overall sales goals.

10. Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to inform strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in German is essential for effectively communicating with our clients.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of success.

  • Experience with professional CRM systems.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to achieving results and maintaining a high standard of work.
