This role is to support our marketing team across all functions, focusing on managing social media accounts for our company and its top executives. As a generalist with a strong aptitude for social media, the Marketing Assistant will take on various tasks, enabling the team to focus on strategic, high-value work that drives business growth. Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts: Manage the company's and its top executives' social media accounts, create and schedule engaging posts, and monitor performance across various platforms.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and thought leadership for both the company and its executives.
Design eye-catching graphics: Use Canva templates to support our marketing initiatives and enhance visual appeal across all channels.
Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and effective communication with our subscribers.
Maintain and update our WordPress websites: Keep content fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
Present Results: Develop compelling presentations to communicate our marketing strategies, plans, and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research: Gather insights, monitor competitor activities, and inform decision-making.
Gather, organize, and analyze marketing data: Use tools like HubSpot to support reporting, performance tracking, and optimization efforts.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant marketing experience across multiple disciplines with a proven track record of creating compelling content and engaging with audiences across various platforms.
● Marketing Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
● Skills: Developing and executing social media strategies for both companies and individual executives. Proficient in email marketing, marketing automation (HubSpot), marketing operations, Canva, WordPress, research, data management, and analysis.
● Proven track record: Exceptional Administrative, Project management, and marketing support.
● Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
