Responsibilities

• Communicate with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Deliver accurate and insightful information regarding our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Effectively handle and resolve complaints with a positive and empathetic approach.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and efficient working environment.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure quality service.
• Engage in ongoing training and team meetings to continuously elevate customer service standards.
• Contribute to a culture that prioritizes customer-centric values.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
