The House of Mercier is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the financial sector, available for remote work from anywhere in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing top-notch customer service and are fluent in Dutch. As a member of our dedicated team, you will support our Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding various financial products and services. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding financial products and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account-related issues, providing clear solutions and guidance.
  • Maintain thorough records of client interactions and issue resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members remotely to ensure clients receive consistent and effective service.
  • Stay updated on financial products, policies, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Engage in training and development initiatives to enhance your knowledge and skills within the financial sector.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is considered an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
  • Self-starter with effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with customer service technologies and financial systems is a plus.
