Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and account management effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved matters.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer accurate and helpful information.
• Meet performance goals related to response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute feedback to improve service quality.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
• Technical proficiency with customer service software and digital communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed, including weekends.
