Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles across international markets, focusing on the Dutch/Flemish region.
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly understand their recruitment needs and job expectations.
Utilize various online platforms, including social media and job boards, to effectively engage with potential candidates.
Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the application process, ensuring a positive experience.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their key skills and experiences.

Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Self-motivated with experience working independently in a fully remote setting.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
