Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.

- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
