Squarespace is headquartered in our dog-friendly office in New York City's West Village, a diverse neighborhood known for its rich cultural heritage and world-renowned restaurants. Squarespace Portland is located in downtown Portland, around the corner from gourmet food trucks, green spaces, and an array of cultural offerings. Our Dublin office sits in the heart of the Irish capital, steps away from cultural landmarks such as Dublin Castle, Christchurch, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT

Squarespace aims to create a learning culture where employees can develop new skills and continuously grow. Squarespace's robust L&D program enables employees to perform at their best through a blend of in-person and virtual classroom development experiences, self-paced learning resources, individual coaching, as well as team effectiveness solutions. For us engineers, this not only means that our product is visually beautiful, but it also means that the architecture and the code behind it is equally beautiful. We go through as many iterations as needed to build the right product, and sometimes spend days, weeks, or even months thinking through the proper solution to a problem before beginning the execution.
