Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from German-speaking customers regarding banking products and services.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Work closely with colleagues and other departments to streamline service processes and improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated on new banking services and regulations to offer the best possible support.
  • Engage in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge of our offerings.
  • Fluency in German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and effective resolutions.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
