- Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products, including specifications, availability, and order status.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.

- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
