In this key role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our German-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our innovative IT products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers through channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
• Accurately document customer interactions and technical solutions in our support system.
• Assist clients in utilizing our IT solutions effectively while offering best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Stay informed about product updates and technological advancements to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in continued learning and professional development to improve your technical and customer service skills.

• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
