Responsibilities

  • Identify and source candidates for various job vacancies in Hungary and Europe.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications in Hungarian.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and candidate onboarding.
  • Provide tailored advice and support to candidates throughout their job search journey.
  • Collaborate with international teams to align recruitment strategies and fulfill client requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to effectively reach potential candidates.
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
  • High level of organization and time management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
