Responsibilities

• Assist clients in optimizing their search engine marketing strategies through our comprehensive services
• Provide expert insights on best practices for search engine marketing and customer engagement tailored to the Japanese market
• Manage client accounts, ensuring prompt and effective responses to inquiries
• Analyze client performance data and present actionable recommendations for improvement
• Stay current with search engine trends and methodologies to enrich our knowledge base
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve clients' understanding of search engine functionality
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance service offerings and increase customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken) is essential
