The House of Mercier is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Advisor for iGaming to join our team remotely in Greece. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will assist our Nordic-speaking clients in navigating the exciting landscape of online gaming. Your role will not only involve addressing inquiries but also enhancing our customers' gaming experiences through exceptional service and knowledgeable support.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to Nordic-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay.
  • Offer expert insights on game rules, regulations, and available bonuses to enhance customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, transforming challenges into opportunities for satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and developments to provide informed assistance.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, suggestions, and feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all customers.
  • Contribute to team goals related to player satisfaction and retention through high-quality service.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English is required; knowledge of Greek is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the iGaming or online entertainment sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, complemented by a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Adept at explaining complex gaming concepts simply and engagingly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities, committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with iGaming platforms and customer management systems is a plus.
