Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, order management, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries or concerns.
Stay informed about product features and industry trends to deliver informed support.
Achieve and exceed key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for providing excellent customer service and problem-solving.
Comfortable working with technology and customer service software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
