Responsibilities

• Assist Nordic-speaking users with safety-related inquiries, ensuring they enjoy a secure online experience.
• Investigate reports of safety violations such as cyberbullying and inappropriate content, delivering timely resolutions.
• Enforce trust and safety policies to uphold the integrity of our digital platforms.
• Educate users on safe online practices and promote responsible user behavior.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance safety features and improve policies.
• Analyze safety trends and data to guide proactive prevention efforts and product enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry standards and innovative approaches to digital trust and safety.

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, online moderation, or customer support roles is highly desirable.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex safety challenges effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to user confidentiality and trust.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and knowledge of relevant online safety regulations.
• Ability to collaborate in a remote team environment while effectively engaging with diverse user groups.
• Willingness to maintain flexible hours to accommodate user needs, including weekends or holidays as necessary.
