Nordic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

The House of Mercier is looking for a Nordic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our team remotely from Greece. Responsibilities

Handle emergency calls from Nordic-speaking clients requesting roadside assistance.
Assess the situation and deliver guidance or solutions over the phone, including troubleshooting issues or coordinating further help.
Maintain compassionate and clear communication, keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the assistance process.
Document all interactions accurately, adhering to company procedures and standards.
Work collaboratively with local service providers and emergency responders to ensure prompt and efficient assistance.
Aim for high customer satisfaction by providing reliable and quick service.
Stay informed on company policies, roadside assistance procedures, and relevant local regulations to deliver accurate support.

Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Greek is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, emergency response, or automotive services is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, effectively managing time and tasks.
Proficient with computer and digital communication tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
