Key Responsibilities

Source, identify, and attract top-notch candidates for various positions within the Nordic markets.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fully understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.
Utilize social media and job boards for proactive candidate sourcing.
Present qualified candidates to clients, articulating their strengths and relevant experience.
Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.

Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian) and proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote or flexible setting, preferably in Bali.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
