Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and live chat to support their shopping needs and inquiries.
Promote and sell fashion products, providing clear information about styles, sizes, and available discounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Record and manage customer interactions in our CRM system for effective follow-up and feedback collection.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Contribute to team targets and foster a positive online shopping environment.

Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) and English; additional languages are an asset.
Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively in a remote setting.
