Responsibilities

Assist Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries related to car rentals.
Support customers during the booking process, including modifications and vehicle returns.
Resolve customer issues with care and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Collect feedback from customers and provide insights for continuous service improvements.
Collaborate with the operations team to efficiently handle any logistical challenges that arise.
Maintain updated knowledge of rental policies, vehicle offerings, and available services.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in all customer interactions to foster lasting relationships.

Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or tourism sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Able to simplify complex information and provide clear guidance to customers.
