Job Title: UX Designer

About this role:
As a UX Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping the user experience for our many colleague-facing experiences within the pharmacy, front store, and corporate resources. You'll collaborate closely with pharmacy SMEs, product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.
Responsibilities:
• Deeply Understand Our Users: Conduct user research (including interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and surveys) to uncover user pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Craft Exceptional User Journeys: Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to translate research findings into effective and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate and Iterate with Agile Teams: Partner with pharmacy SMEs, product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure design feasibility and translate design specifications into functional product features. Actively participate in design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user testing and data insights.
• Champion Design Best Practices: Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices within the health-tech space, ensuring our designs adhere to accessibility guidelines, brand guidelines, and meet user expectations.
• Communicate Design Decisions and Insights: Clearly present design concepts to stakeholders, articulate design decisions, and effectively communicate research findings and usability insights to influence product development.
Qualifications:
• 2-5 Years UX Design Experience: Demonstrated experience designing digital products, ideally within the healthcare, health-tech, or fin-tech industries. Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Figma Mastery: Proficiency in Figma is a must. Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for testing and user feedback.
• User Research and Data Analysis Skills: Experience with user research methods (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis techniques to inform design decisions and measure impact.
• Experience with Accessibility Standards: A strong understanding of accessibility guidelines and principles (WCAG) to ensure designs are inclusive and accessible for all users.
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for Health-tech: Genuine interest in improving healthcare through innovative digital solutions and a commitment to leveraging technology to create positive change
