This will mostly focus on email marketing***MUST LIVE WITHIN 100 MILE RADIUS TO DETROIT, MI!Location: Detroit, MI (Mostly remote work, with occasional on-site meetings in Detroit, MI once a month for team collaboration)Duration: 6+ month contract, with potential conversion to full-time after the new yearInterview Process: Two-step interview processResponsibilitiesAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining our brand through effective marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:• Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a key point of contact for marketing CRM technology, including marketing automation, database querying, and email design/platforms.• Client Engagement: Collaborate with brand and marketing leads to understand clients’ business objectives. Develop targeted lists using the CRM database and execute direct mail and email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.• Project Supervision: Directly oversee e-mail marketing projects, guiding strategy, prioritization, and day-to-day tasks. Coordinate with external vendors and marketing agencies involved in CRM projects.• Process Optimization: Implement standardized campaign development processes, proactively identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency across channels.• Segmentation Strategy: Contribute to and maintain customer segmentation based on available CRM tools.• Email List Management: Maintain a clean and deliverable email address list in the CRM database.• Design and Layout: Support e-mail design and layout using HTML editors and other e-mail building interfaces.• Compliance: Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM laws and HIPAA regulations.Education/Experience• 3-7 years of experience with marketing CRM technology and email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health and Marketing - Clouds, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp).• Proficiency in using Google Analytics data for digital strategies.• Experience interacting with senior leadership and making recommendations.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Preferred• Master’s degree in business, IT, or marketing.• Advanced knowledge of email and marketing cloud platforms.• Certifications in a CRM platform.• Personal qualities: Self-directed, flexible, committed to teamwork, initiative, and continuous learning.Qualified candidates, please send your resume to kbarrymore@judge.comContact: kbarrymore@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
