Job Title: Project Manager
This position is onsite in Deland, FL - MUST be local
This is an ongoing, W2 contract

Role Summary: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for site supervision, planning, and scheduling activities related to performance contracting projects. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Supervise and manage large, complex projects from pre-booking to customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and maintain a 3-week look-ahead schedule for upcoming project milestones.
• Evaluate accuracy of sales estimates and project layouts during pre-bid reviews and sales-to-operations turnover meetings.
• Technical Expertise:
• Analyze plans, construction contract specifications, and building codes to determine project requirements.
• Oversee installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover, and warranty processes.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical and HVAC systems standards.
• Documentation and Communication:
• Accurately document and provide meeting minutes for customer project meetings.
• Manage close-out documentation, including As-Built drawings, system operating instructions, and financial records.
• Qualifications:
• Associates degree or equivalent in a technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, MS Project, or Primavera.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Essential Skills
• Ability to interpret job financial reports and apply them to project management.
• Effective leadership, active listening, and clear verbal and written communication.
