Location: Exton, PA Salary: Depends on Experience... Description: Our Client Is Currently Seeking A Sales Territory Representative For Its New Jersey/ Eastern PA Territory. Candidates Must Be Ok With Travel This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. • Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, dealerships, and organizations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights. Qualifications & Requirements • Previous Sales Experience: Candidates must have a proven track record in sales (ideally 2-6 years of experience in a similar role). • Willingness to Travel: While remote work is an option, candidates must be open to traveling within the territory (approximately 30%-40% travel). • Degree (Preferred): A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required. • Industry Knowledge: Experience with large equipment, fleet management, trucks, buses, or industrial vehicles is highly advantageous. • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. • Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently. • Must Be Ok With Northern New Jersey and Eastern Territory Contact: jshotwell@judge.com This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
