Location: Minneapolis, MNDescription: Our client is currently seeking a UX DesignerRequired Qualifications: 5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Additional Skills• Design and deliver creation of experiences based on user inclusion methods that involve research, UX strategy definition, usability testing, design refinement, influence and prioritization of sprint backlog, partner/customer demo and validation during Sprint Review events.• Be accountable for overseeing the execution of strategic design projects that influence design and strategic direction of the company• Influence roadmaps and business decisions by providing customer experience considerations and participate in roadmap planning and virtual teams• Make decisions in customer experience strategy for platforms and products requiring understanding of the function and compliance requirementsContact: rkumar03@judge.comThis job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
